Hey y’all. So tomorrow makes 4 weeks of me on phentermine. I take a 15mg dose once a day in the morning.
For reference I am 5’ 4” female, starting weight 267.8, current weight 253.6.

I was losing wicked fast the first 3 weeks and now it feels like I’ve stalled out. I got down to 251.4 and then I went up to 254, now back down to 253.6. I know water weight fluctuates so much, and I’m in the middle of my cycle right now (ovulating sometime soon I think) so could these things be the reasons for the stall? Any experiences welcome! I felt on top of the world for awhile and now things have mellowed and I kinda feel meh about life. Diet wise I use lose it to track my foods, I’m pretty on point with it and I’m always always always under my daily goal (set to 2lb a week loss). I exercise atleast 4-5 times a week, sometimes long walks and sometimes peloton rides. I’m just a little bummed to see the scale go up and now creep so slowly down..
